Peppermint Essential Oil

My absolute favorite essential oil is Peppermint oil, not because I love the smell of it but because it has such incredible powers.

If you have a head ache, sore neck, muscle pain, congested throat or sinus or bad breath/ digestion, peppermint oil is your solution!

For healdches dab pepermint oil on the back of your neck, back of your ears and tiny dabs on your temples. In a few minutes your neck and head will have a strange yet calming sensation numbing any pain and relaxing your muscles.

Neck Pain

If you get headaches from having a tight neck or sevire neck pain in general, dab and massage in pepermint oil to the back of your neck and shoulders. You can mix a few drops in coconut oil for more slip.

Congested Throat & or Sinus

For a congested throat dab some pepermint oil on your chest right up to the beginning of your neck.

To get rid of sinus problems and congestion make yourself a hot steam bath in a large bowl. Boil water and drop 5 drops of peppermin essential oil into the water with 5 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and cover the bowl so no air can get out.

Slowly inhale trough your nose and out your nose until there is no steam left and its cold. Break if you need to. It’s quite intense!!

Bad breath / digestive problems

You can simply drop 1 drop of peppermint oil in a bottle of water to flavor your water and aid digestion.
