I am all about challenges for motivation.. Especially during the freezing cold winter when your motivation may be low and the need for warmth and comfort is high on your priority list.
I personally crave warm comfort foods during winter and find it hard to stay strictly raw when I am freezing cold. The great thing is that you don’t need to be 100% raw to be healthy and maintain a healthy weight. Consistency is the key to health and maintaining your goal weight.
So I am setting you a challenge to join me in the Raw till 4 Challenge!
It basically explains itself.. The challenge is to eat raw until 4 in the afternoon and eat a cooked meal for dinner. I think this is a very achievable goal anyone could try and it means you won’t miss out on your warm comfort food for dinner either.
The additional challenge is to post a photo of your food every day and tag #vegiegirlrawtill4 either on Facebook or Instagram to help motivate and inspire each other. Then you can check out each others photos for ideas ind inspiration. It is also a great way to keep yourself accountable.
It is your choice for how long you do the challenge for also. You can do 7 days, 14, 1 month or maybe the entire winter… It is totally up to you!!
I am going to post photos daily, recipes and little tips and tricks to help keep you on track. I want to be able to help the wider community and get everyone involved so invite your friends and share this post to get them motivated too. It also means that we are all going to be prepared for beach season when winter ends and the sun comes out.
