Raw Zucchini Pasta Recipe
This recipe will serve two people.
– 4 tomatoes
– Handful of fresh Basil
– Spring onions
– 1 clove of garlic
1- Peel the zucchini into ribbons.
2- Chop and blend the tomato, garlic, basil and some of the spring onions in a food processor or blender.
3- Pour sauce over the zucchini and sprinkle with spring onions.
4- Serve and enjoy!
