Raw Zucchini Pasta Recipe

Zucchini Pasta would have to be one of the most delicious, quick and easy meals to make. It is a great alternative to regular pasta if you are looking for a healthy alternative.

Zucchini  is very high in vitamin C and A, potassium, manganese and magnesium.

In fact a one cup serving of zucchini contains 10% of your recommended daily intake of magnesium, which is a mineral that is proven to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

A great thing about this recipe is that you can eat as much as you like and never feel bloated or have a food coma after eating it.

I always recommend to eat as much raw food as you can in the day for maximum health however understand that it can be difficult to know what to make.

Raw Zucchini Pasta Recipe 

This recipe will serve two people. 

Ingredients:

-2 Zucchinis 

4 tomatoes

– Handful of fresh Basil

– Spring onions

– 1 clove of garlic

Method: 

1- Peel the zucchini into ribbons.

2- Chop and blend the tomato, garlic, basil and some of the spring onions in a food processor or blender.

3- Pour sauce over the zucchini and sprinkle with spring onions.

4- Serve and enjoy!

It is that simple.
