It did a bloody good job turning you from a microscopic cell into the highly intelligent, amazing person that you are!

There are nearly 100 trillion cells in your body.

On a daily basis they are performing such sophisticated, brilliant, mind blowing and intricate tasks, that science can not even dream to replicate, and are the reasons you are breathing and reading this right now.

Not only that, but it performs them without you having to consciously think about it. How incredible!

THE ALKALINE BALANCE

It is recommended by most holistic nutritionists that a long-term diet should consist of 70-80% alkaline forming foods, and 20-30% acid forming foods.

Don’t be scared of the word ‘diet’.

All this means is increasing fruits and vegetables in your diet and eliminating processed foods and junk food.
