Vegie Girls Go Green Smoothie Recipe


– 2 cups Spinach

-1/4 head of celery

-1/2 bunch parsley

-3 carrots

– 1/4 orange

-1/4 lime

-1/4 lemon

-1/4 pineapple

– small bunch of fresh mint

– 1/2 cucumber or 1 small

-2 apples


1 – Wash and chop all the ingredients into small pieces, placing the spinach and herbs closer to the top.

2 – Blend on a high-speed until smooth. Add water if needed for a consistency of your taste.

This amount  will make 3-4 servings


For best results take enzyme, probiotic and supergreens supplement to enhance the effects.
