– 2 cups Spinach
-1/4 head of celery
-1/2 bunch parsley
– 1/4 orange
– small bunch of fresh mint
– 1/2 cucumber or 1 small
1 – Wash and chop all the ingredients into small pieces, placing the spinach and herbs closer to the top.
2 – Blend on a high-speed until smooth. Add water if needed for a consistency of your taste.
This amount will make 3-4 servings
