Early tomorrow morning I am flying up to the Gold Coast to work at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat, one of Australia’s most prestigious health retreats!
Gwinganna is located in a hidden region of the Tallebudgera Valley, 30 minutes from the Gold Coast. Gwinganna sits high on a plateau, surrounded by beautiful ocean and valley views, with over 200 hectares of land to explore. I will be working in all areas of the retreat from taking walks, yoga, working in the day spa, helping with the food service and joining in on other various activities! Sounds like heaven to me.

Although I will be working I feel it is the perfect chance to learn new things, relax, as well as revive and rejuvenate my body from the inside out! It is a great idea to give yourself a chance to slow down and enjoy life!
