Have you ever thought that eating a specific food may be helpful for healing or enhancing the function of specific part of the body! Well, according to extensive study science shows that eating foods that resemble your body part can improve the physical condition and function of that certain part of your body.


Slice a carrot and it looks just like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the eye… Science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes. Carrots are filled with vitamins and antioxidants, like beta-carotene, that decrease the chance of macular degeneration, the leading cause of vision loss in older people. By eating a carrot a day, you can keep the optometrist away!

Tomatoes are red and have four chambers resembling the human heart. All of the research shows that tomatoes are packed with lycopine, which is pure heart and blood food.



Grapes hang in a cluster that is in the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell. Research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing foods.


Walnuts look like a brain; they both have a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrum and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are like the neo-cortex. Walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.





Kidney Beans can heal and help keep up kidney function and they look exactly like human kidneys.


Celery, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% also sodium. If you don’t have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, therefore making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.



Avocados, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female – they look just like these organs. Newly found research shows that when a woman eats one whole avocado a week, it balances out hormones, helps shed unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancer. And believe it or not, it takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from a blossom to ripened fruit just like a human pregnancy. There are also over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).




Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and help to balance out the glycemic index of diabetics.





Olives can help the function and health of the ovaries.




Grapefruits, Oranges and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually aid the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
