Super Chia Pudding
This recipe is a fantastic breakfast or dessert that is delicious and incredibly healthy at the same time. You can easily mix and change the recipe to your taste and according to the season.
–1/2 cup chia seeds soaked in ½ cup water
-1 can organic coconut cream
– ¼ cup Goji berries soaked with the chia seeds
–3/4 cup frozen berries
–2 tablespoons Agave nectar
-2 teaspoons vanilla essence
-Shredded coconut to garnish
You can use any fruit in season. Berries of all types, banana and mangoes are also really nice.
1. Soak the chia seeds and goji in ½ cup water for 10 minutes.
2. Pour the coconut cream in and stir well. Add the vanilla essence, agave nectar and blueberries.
3. Pour mixture into small glasses and sprinkle with shredded coconut
3.leave in the fridge for 3-6 hours before you serve
