Apple and cinnamon would have to be one of the most delicious combinations, and one of the healthiest too!

I have a delicious recipe that you don’t have to feel guilty for drinking because it is so good for you and low in calories.

Hot Cinnamon Apple Drink Recipe (Makes 2 glasses)

– 6 Apples juiced

– 1 Teaspoon cinnamon (Or more depending on personal taste)


– Juice the apples in a juice machine.

– Pour the apple juice into a small saucepan and stir on a low heat until hot.

– Sprinkle the cinnamon in and stir well.

– Serve drink and enjoy 🙂
