Immune System Juice

Everyone seems to get sick around this time of year in Australia. Anyone who is feeling a little sick, or is around others that are sick either on public transport, at school, work or even at home looking after sick family members this juice is the only medicine to use. It is all natural, easy to make and tastes delicious. Juice is incredible because as soon as you ingest the juice, the nutrients are absorbed into the blood stream, boosting your immune system.


Try to buy all organic if possible for best results.

-3 carrots

-1 stalk of celery

-1 apple

-½ beetroot chopped into quarters

-1/2 Cucumber

1/2 handful of Parsley


Juice a carrot and half of an apple. Follow with the parsley. To juice the  parsley place in between the beetroot so you get the most juice out of it. Next juice the beets and the cucumber and finish with the carrots and apple. Serve with a few ice blocks and drink. You can pre make the juice for the day and bring it with you in a glass bottle. It will last for 2 days in an air tight bottle. Drink the juice as often as you can for fast recovery.

Get lots of sleep and juice until your heart’s content and you will be better in no time!
